Open Access Training Terms & Conditions

This page covers Open Access Training. For documents related to contracted Elearning, virtual training or in-person training, please contact us.

1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once we have received a completed booking form or online registration.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will receive a confirmation email with details of the session, venue (if applicable), and joining instructions.

2. Fees and Payment

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your booking.

Full payment is due before the date of the training session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tai Pawb reserves the right to charge interest on late payments in line with the statutory rate (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998) and/or suspend attendance until payment is received.

Fees include access to the training session and any materials provided.

3. Cancellations by Delegates

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel:

  • More than 14 days before the session: a full refund or free transfer to another available session.
  • Between 7–14 days before the session: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the session: no refund will be given.

Alternatively, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place at no additional cost.

4. Non-Attendance

No refund or transfer will be offered if you fail to attend a session without prior notice.

5. Cancellations or Changes by Tai Pawb

Tai Pawb reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if minimum delegate numbers are not met or due to circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, delegates will be offered:

  • a full refund, or
  • the option to transfer to another session.

Tai Pawb is not liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates (e.g. travel or accommodation).

6. Online Training – Technology Requirements

Delegates are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment and internet access for online sessions. Tai Pawb cannot be held responsible for delegates missing content due to technical issues on their side.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials remain the intellectual property of Tai Pawb and must not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Access and Inclusion

Please inform us at the time of booking of any accessibility requirements or adjustments you may need.

9. Health and Safety (for in-person events)

Delegates are responsible for their own health and safety during in-person sessions and must comply with any venue requirements.

10. Force Majeure

Tai Pawb will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, power outages, or pandemics.
