We are Tai Pawb, a Welsh charity dedicated to fostering inclusivity in the housing sector.
We imagine a Wales where everyone has the right to a good home. Too many people in Wales don’t have somewhere to live in security, peace and dignity. Too many people face systemic prejudice, discrimination and disadvantage in accessing suitable accommodation. We are determined to change that.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, has fair and equitable access to housing opportunities. We work with our members, policymakers, and communities to eliminate discrimination and advance inclusive practices. Through training, resources, collaboration, influencing and advocacy, we’re working towards a housing environment where diversity thrives.

Our five-year strategy for 2021-2026 builds on our and is bornenout of extensive engagement with members and stakeholders on the key challenges we face.
It sets out how we will advance equality, diversity and social justice in housing in Wales by continuing our work with members, partners and communities to fundamentally influence decision-making at the highest level and make the change on the ground.
