Josh is the Executive Director of People and Places at Taff Housing Association, with 20 years’ experience in the Social Housing Sector, working in Local Authority and Housing Association roles. Josh oversees all Taff’s customer facing operations and is the strategic lead for their anti-racism Deeds Not Words commitments. He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of customers, delivering specific services to under-represented groups in Cardiff and beyond. He is passionate about high quality customer services and the difference a decent home can make to people’s lives. In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist and runner, and on occasion, brews a bit of beer!
