These short sessions form part of our Let’s Talk About… series and are designed to raise awareness and support open, informed conversations about menopause in the workplace.
Two 20‑minute session options are available, allowing organisations to choose the format that best suits their needs. Both sessions provide clear, practical information and include a facilitated question and answer discussion at the end.
Menopause Awareness – 20‑minute session (for all staff)
This inclusive session is designed for everyone, not just women. It raises awareness of menopause and perimenopause, explains what people may experience, and explores how colleagues and organisations can offer understanding and support.
The session explains what menopause is, what to expect, why symptoms occur, and practical steps individuals can take. Care handouts and recipes are shared, followed by a 15‑minute Q and A.
This option works well as a staff briefing or awareness‑raising session.
Introduction to Menopause – 20‑minute session (women‑only)
This session covers the same learning as the awareness option, but is delivered as a women‑only space. It is designed to support open discussion without fear of embarrassment and to encourage honesty and shared learning.
The session explains menopause and perimenopause, symptoms, changes in the body and practical self‑support strategies. Care handouts and recipes are provided, followed by a 15‑minute Q and A.
This option is particularly suitable for organisations wanting to offer targeted support to women in a safe and supportive setting.
