This course is designed for Board Members, senior leaders and governance professionals who want to strengthen their leadership and oversight of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Participants will explore how EDIB can be embedded across organisational strategy, performance and assurance, and the critical role of leadership in shaping culture and decision making. The session examines the distinct and shared responsibilities of Boards and senior leadership teams in setting direction, providing effective oversight and driving accountability.
The course moves beyond compliance to focus on proactive, equity‑conscious leadership, supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures where people can thrive and a genuine sense of belonging is created and sustained.
