Nicola is the Executive Assistant to the Group Chair and Group Chief Executive at Codi Group and is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team in her capacity as the Strategic Lead for Equality and Diversity. Nicola recognises the importance of promoting equity for all, eliminating discrimination and operating a culture that is truly open and inclusive and where every individual can be themselves. Nicola brings skills, values and passion which compliment Tai Pawb’s work in shaping, making and being the change.
In her spare time Nicola enjoys cruise holidays, family time, keeping fit and the great outdoors with her lively young dog!
