In 2013, Elaine moved into the not-for-profit sector working for an organisation that supported people with Learning Disabilities to live independently. This opportunity gave her a greater understanding of the importance of having a secure home and how, with the right type of person centred support, it can enable people to grow and develop.
Elaine’s most recent role was as Executive Director of People, Culture and Communications at ClwydAlyn. Having joined ClwydAlyn in 2015 as Director of Human Resources and was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team in 2018.
Elaine is delighted to be part of the Tai Pawb Board and support the team as they deliver their strategic objectives.
