Bethan is a fluent Welsh speaker from North Wales and has been delivering training on E&D for over 20 years, with a focus on equality legislation. Previously she worked for three statutory equality commissions for over 15 years, and has been contracted by a range of public and third sector bodies, including the Older People’s Commission in Wales, Civil Service Learning, Cardiff and Bangor Universities and the NHS.
Bethan is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Welsh Government approved since 2008). She is also a mental health tutor for Cardiff University’s PGCE courses and runs mental health training across the public, private and third sectors. Bethan has been an Employment Tribunal Member since 2010. Her qualifications include an MSc in Equality and Diversity, MA in Women’s Studies (Applied) and an MSc in Health Economics.
