Responsible for: Managing positive relationships with members throughout the membership life-cycle, maintaining and enhancing existing relationships whilst identifying and engaging potential new members. A key focus of this role is leading the development and delivery of our services, including our award-winning QED quality mark, ensuring its success and impact.
Experience and Interests: Anna joined Tai Pawb in 2022 to run our PRS Champions project in Gwent. Prior to this, she worked as a Primary school teacher in England & Wales, before joining a post-16 education provision at a Welsh youth homelessness charity. Anna studied Childhood and Youth Studies with Education at Exeter before completing her teacher training in Bath and Bristol. She arrived back in Wales in 2015 and has worked in housing here ever since. Anna recently joined our Membership team as the Service Delivery and Membership Manager. Anna’s interest in housing equality is long-standing and she loves being part of meaningful change in the sector, especially around training and development. Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, cooking, live music and anything that involves being outdoors!
