Employee Training
paid
In person, Online
Members only
An interactive anti‑racism course for all staff, supporting understanding of racism and bias, encouraging personal responsibility, and helping organisations meet the Anti‑Racist Wales Action Plan requirement for staff training.

Course objectives

Designed for staff across all roles, the training supports participants to understand racism, privilege and inequality, and their role in contributing to an anti‑racist workplace. The course explores how racism can occur in everyday organisational contexts, including through systemic factors such as bias, microaggressions and institutional racism.

Through guided discussion and interactive activities, participants reflect on behaviours, assumptions and responsibilities, and consider how individual and collective actions can challenge racism in practice. The session supports staff to move from awareness to action, helping to build inclusive working environments where people feel valued and respected.

The course also supports organisations to meet the Anti‑Racist Wales Action Plan requirement for all staff to undertake anti‑racism training.

Sessions can be tailored to organisational context and delivered as a standalone workshop.
