Gan weithio ar lefel Bwrdd a th\u00eem Gweithredol, mae hi wedi dal cyfrifoldeb uniongyrchol am reoli tai, tai \u00e2 chymorth, gwasanaethau&#8217;r sector preifat, cynnal a chadw, contractwr mewnol, cysylltiadau cyhoeddus a marchnata a TG. Mae hi&#8217;n deall cymhlethdod a heriau cyflawni&#8217;r newid personol a diwylliannol sydd ei angen ar wella Cydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant. Mae ganddi Ddiploma \u00d4l-raddedig mewn Tai ac MBA. Yn 2020 enillodd MA mewn Ymarfer Seicotherapiwtig Seiliedig ar Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar ac mae&#8217;n seicotherapydd cofrestredig UKCP.
